At particular locations in the body called chakras, these energy channels, or nadis, converge. We can access the prana, or life force energy, that passes through us and achieve higher states of consciousness by practicing Chakra Dhyana. Meditation on the chakras is a voyage into the depths of our inner selves, with each chakra symbolizing a different facet of who we are.

Setting up:

Select a peaceful, comfortable location.

Sit in Sukhasana, Padmasana, or Siddhasana.

Maintain a straight spine, relaxed shoulders, and hands in Jnana. Mudra
